PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMERS
SLABMAGS® products are designed to provide enhanced protection for collectible slabs. However, we do not guarantee absolute protection in all scenarios, including misuse, drops, extreme temperatures, or environmental damage.
By using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following:
• Products are used at your own risk;
• PUH DABEX Karol Dembowski is not liable for any damage to collectibles or third-party products, including PSA®, CGC®, or Beckett® slabs;
• Product color, fit, or performance may vary depending on slab dimensions and third-party manufacturing changes.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Returned products must be in unused, resellable condition with all packaging intact. Returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or unauthorized modifications are subject to additional inspection and may be denied.

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

IN NO EVENT SHALL PUH DABEX Karol Dembowski, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE;
• LOSS OR DAMAGE TO COLLECTIBLES OR SLABS;
• CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF SITE USAGE OR PRODUCT PERFORMANCE.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PUH DABEX Karol Dembowski regarding your use of this site. Any failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
