• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Final sale items, limited edition drops, samples, custom products, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.

 

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including any protective peel and inserts.
• Products must be in resalable condition, free of damage, modification, or wear.
• Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny returns if we suspect the product was tampered with, altered, or damaged by the customer in an attempt to circumvent our return policy.

 

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind
We understand that customers may change their minds. In these cases:
• Products may still be returned within the 14-day window if all original packaging and peel is intact.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• If verified, Mrshadowbox.com will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused by misuse, tampering, or alteration by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the return.

 

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at contact@mrshadowbox.com or through the form in Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Package the item securely, include the RA number, and return it within 14 days.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund minus any applicable fees, or process an exchange.

 

Fraud Prevention
To protect against return abuse and fraudulent activity:
• We reserve the right to refuse returns suspected of fraud, excessive abuse, or pattern-based returns without valid reason.
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify eligibility.
• Customers engaging in repeat return violations may be blocked from future purchases.

 

Promotion & Sample Items
• Promotional giveaways, items provided with a $0.00 value, or samples are not eligible for return, exchange, or customer service support.
• These items are provided as-is and are excluded from warranty or refund considerations.

 

Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.
